My 25-year public sector journey began in the U.S. Air Force. I served as a Non-Commissioned Officer in Intelligence (INTEL), but despite the recognition I received, I felt unfulfilled. After health challenges and career frustrations, I made a bold pivot post-military into Human Resources, built a career I loved, and within just a few years, I was promoted five times.
Since then, I’ve coached over 1,000 professionals across industries helping them land six-figure, purpose-aligned roles at organizations like the Department of the Navy, BayCare Health, and the Department of Treasury. I know firsthand that you don’t need to “start over” to create a meaningful career, you just need the right strategy.
